The series of drawings
from "Le Lac Sombre" ("The dark lake") was done after some words from french writer, theorist and activist Daniel Guérin  (1904-1988) in his book "La Peste Brune" ("The Brown Plague"). The story of his trip through Germany (August 1932) where he described his encounter with the Wild Boys, a group from the "Wandervögel" 
movement, a gerpman libertarian community youth, and its history from 1896 to 1936.
