A collection of works by Japanese photographer Kiyoshi Ikejiri (1949-2016) “Love Icon”.

In the mid-1970s, he entered Tokyo Sogo College of Photography and studied under Hirozushi Shigemori. After graduating, he moved to England and worked in journalism and commercial photography. After returning to Japan in the early 1980s, he became famous for his landscape portrait works while working in the commercial world with publishers and advertising companies as clients. Especially in the 90’s, he often shot at Gunkanjima, etc., and was said to have triggered the “ruins” boom. In addition, he is a regular member of the photo magazine “Fashion Photography”, which mainly focuses on Masahisa Fukase, and has published each issue.
